Well I think I'm watching a movie that heavily inspired the setting.
Dagon, or it maybe Dragon. Its set in some rural spanish village, with fish-people who eat people..
and and.. they even dress like the merchants in RE4, now if one appears to sell the guy guns i'm gonna totally call shenanigans.
