Free training (as in "beer")

I already asked Chris about this and he said yeah, so let's see if there are any other takers.

Would you, any of you, like an exercise and dietary plan tailored to your individual needs?  Because I would like to make them, for fun.

Comments are screened and will not be unscreened.  I will need to know what your range of movement is, any medical conditions, any sorts of physical activity you prefer[1], what you reckon your comfortable one and two-handed lift weights are and whether you can swim.

I will find (or make) food and exercise diaries for you and we can get through the calorie-crunching that way.

So.  Any takers?

[1] not that,no. You need to do that 4 times a day to equal an hour on a rowing machine, and 8 times for most women who barely burn calories that way at all...
