Stretching - 3-4 minutes.

Circuits:
  • 3x24 incline situps
  • 3x20 standard pressups
  • 3x20 chin-ups

50 kilo single bar:
  • 3x12 squats
  • 3x14 deadlifts
  • 3x 12 upright rows

2x 25kilo dumbbells:
  • 3x20 compound curls (per arm)
  • 3x12 lateral lifts
  • 3x12 incline presses

120kilo single bar:
  • 4x5 bench presses.

Plus a cooldown, shower and litre of green tea.
