Circuits:
- 3x24 incline situps
- 3x20 standard pressups
- 3x20 chin-ups
50 kilo single bar:
- 3x12 squats
- 3x14 deadlifts
- 3x 12 upright rows
2x 25kilo dumbbells:
- 3x20 compound curls (per arm)
- 3x12 lateral lifts
- 3x12 incline presses
120kilo single bar:
Plus a cooldown, shower and litre of green tea.
