I have managed to reach my 64th birthday AND successfully do something in here(I think). My daughter, who owes me everything for her life, charm, wit and stupid dog better appreciate this!
I will probably talk to her on the phone tonight and fill her in.... As an aside, I come from a generation that feels we have to clarify what 'talk' means these days; one can use smoke signals, drums, telephone (landline and cell), text, ICQ, AIM, or any one of a hundred capital letter groupings, I suppose. Heaven forbid it should be face-to-face as that seems to have become.....
Anyhoo- got the ribs off the smoker and in the oven, and it is time to check them out. Will let anyone that is interested how they came out tomorrow. They will of course be perfect, but modesty prohibits....
