Well, for the to the minute update on my life, MTU accepted me, financial aid looks really good, loans will be minimal, nonexistent if I can get away with it. So far so good.
MTU offers a lot of great services on their website for first-year students, such as the avenue, a myspace style network where you can make friends before you actually get to campus. Nice ferature. Also, message boards to bug the advisors with pointless questions about things you should probably be able to look up yourself. Oh, and they offer free swing dance lessons every saturday at the dance hall. Score.
