Since I am going to be talking about running a whole bunch over the next several months, I asked the wonderful, talented brightling (who is all but my personal cartoonist!) to draw me up a running icon and this is what she came up with.

Uhh, I suppose I should talk about running a bit then :P I went for an 8k run on Saturday, my last run before the marathon training plan kicks in. Nothing special about the run except that Jessica's parents were waiting for me with coffee and a doughnut when I got back. Which is how all runs should end, really.
