Weekend: Terra-birthday, game day, etc.

I finally ran some much-needed errands on Saturday (after passing out on Friday after approximately one drink -- I think I was tiwed?). I got my hurr did, and finally got my first pedicure. It was...interesting, in a good way.

Then I drove down to near Half Moon Bay for terraplanner's birthday. There was a fantastically tacky (if halfheatedly executed)

I'm metaphor-king at work. People love my metaphors. I think my earliest loved-metaphor was one I made when I was describing what it's like to be gay to devonbree. That might require its own post. :)

Hooray for game day! I had a blast. Thanks for the invite and your gracious hospitality. :)

We're thinking about hosting a game day of our own soon. Unfortunately, a quick look at the calendar shows the next two weekends busy with SF Pride on the weekend after that. As it all turns out, "soon" may have to wait until the weekend of July 4th unless we do a Friday night. In any case, you can be sure we'll invite you and would be happy to have the invite passed along to your posse. :)
