Well let's see...he's going to signings all over the place (but no talking to him or asking for personalizations!), he's slobbering over the female cast for next season of the show and he's pushing Wild Cards as always.

In honour of "Dance" coming out tomorrow, I'm going to buy Book 6 of the Malazan Book of the Fallen.

Wait, I predict that you've already decided you won't like the book unless it cures cancer and we'll see lots of whining about stuff in it, just like how we saw the most idiotic reasons to dislike the show.

You are actually giving him money by requesting it from the library, because that creates increasing demand for the book, which prompts the library to buy more copies than they would otherwise. The only way to completely deny Martin money from this book would be to get a copy illegally off the Internet or abandon the series altogether.
