I will return to my discussion of AFFC in my next unnecessarily-long post, but right now, I feel the need to call attention to a couple issues raised by our Loyal Readers in our comments section.  These issues, as you might have guessed, have to do with the absurd gall demonstrated by our esteemed Secretary of Weight. Funny that you found out that he even raised the prices of mint condition RPG books. That is............ I mean that stuff is just lying there and there are folks out there who would love to have it because you can't get it new anymore ( another one of GRRM's expertly chosen business partners which went bust a while ago). The guy is pretty well off as it is and yet he diverts to such tactics.

I think someone put it so well here a while ago when he said, I've never enjoyed a series so much and yet disliked the author of it to the same extent.

Tuf Voyaging is a series of third-rate SF short stories GRRM wrote back in the 70s or 80s or something. They feature his equally obese but vegetarian alter-ego, Tuf Haviland, wandering around the galaxy in a spaceship he found somewhere. The ship is a giant gene bank and laboratory and George, er, I mean Tuf, uses it to teach people on various planets to be nice to animals. It could almost be SF written by PETA except that Tuf's schemes always involve a lot of animals dying before people learn the lesson.

Now aren't you glad I answered your question and saved you from reading that tripe?

Not bad at all(admittedly, i am easily amused) . What about "Secretary of the (ample) Posterior"? too wordy maybe...
