Of the human competetive nature and such
It seems that one of the former key people in the company I am employed has made a poor choice (in my opinion) and has created a company with which to compete against us for contracts. What a shabby thing to do. This person doesn't have the creative nature or the whootspa to come up with his own ideas so he steals my bosses. What a turd! Now we're finding that he has engaged all of our clientelle in an attempt to steal our clients as well. Bad karma. Usually comes back to bite you in the butt! What a jerk. I know he signed a non-compete agreement but these things usually don't hold water by the time you get to court and all. Not to mention the costs and fees involved in filing an injunction. Yech. I hate this kind of stuff happening. More later.............
