Weekend Recap.

I''m tired as heck. And it doesn't help that I'm also mentally tired.

Class ended not too long ago, but I'm still sitting in the classroom.
Lately, I haven't been meeting up with my friends to go eat during my break.
Now I just sit either in this class or the other one and work on stuff or just chill around till the next class at 12:30.
So, for my graphic design class, our current project involves an actual client~!
The Baton Rouge Epicurean Society.
We gotta come up with designs for their wine tasting event. It's gonna be on posters and stuff like that. We've broken up into groups and there's gonna be an actual winner and prizes include $$!! Yeah, this project is one of the few things that's been stressing me out.
On a good note, this past weekend was the highlight of this semester. It consisted of good friends, many laughs, lots of drinking and of course, moments that will always be remembered. Recap shall we?
It all started on Thursday, March 26.
Lots of fun. Drank way past my limit. Late notice but it was still a great turnout! There were too many things to mention so I'll just leave it at that.

Friday, March 27
I got invited to hit up Northgate Tavern. Never been there but that night, good music was played. Drank a bottle of beer because I was still recuperating from the night before LOL However, there was this one guy that did not want to leave me alone. Tahjah and Unique had to constantly "rescue" me from his grasp. There was another towards the end of the night, but I danced with him because he asked and doesn't look like a creep. It was also Stephanie Lee's birthday [well, it's actually on the later Sunday] and did a lot of dancing. Afterwards, we scarfed on some Cane's then we watched Interstate 60, which I found to be pretty interesting. Considering how tired I was, I stayed up and watched the whole thing.
Saturday, March 28
I was supposed to go to a portfolio review but I did not get up for it. Paulina was going too, but I decided on not waking up >_< So bad... I decided to be lazy for the rest of the day even though I really shouldn't. Later that night, I met up with some of my fellow graphic designers for some wine at The Loft. I've invited Daniel and he brought his friend Myron. I didn't drink wine particularly, but I had some Redbull vodka. Good times

Sunday, March 29
Woke up nice and early and drove to New Orleans.
My brother was getting engaged. About dang time.
Had the little traditional ceremony with the procession and everything. After that, we went to Double Dragon II. Apparently, we booked the entire restaurant. That's how we doooooooooo~
Of course, did some drinking with the family. My parents got drunk. I never saw my mom like that 'cause she doesn't drink.
My cousins sang some karaoke [along with other old folks]
Good thing my uncle had the equipment and everything and got it set up over there. Free karaoke!
My good old friend Dat was one of the servers. It's always good to see him. ^_^
After cake and more pictures and congratulating the newly engaged again and again, it was time to head back to the Red Stick.
VSA was hosting a bowling tourney that night. Thinh wanted to put a team together and asked me to play. o_O Of course, it's all for the fun. And, as usual at every bowling tourney, I had my rounds of beer. Fun, fun, fun. No pics were taken.

Monday, March 30 [yes, Monday]
I didn't wake up for my 830 class but made it to my 1230.
Hung out with my good buddy Thuy and made some plans for spring break. PCola here we come~
I always have a good time with her. Our conversations get so crazy! I love it ^_^
Got invited to play some Tien Len with some friends. They called it "13 Consequences". Loser had to pay the consequence, no matter what it is, that's the way they play it. "Thirteen" was just another name for Tien Len so it doesn't really have a significance. Last time I played with them and lost, the consequence was a shot of any 3 items from the fridge. My shot consisted of raw egg, Italian dressing, and milk mixed together. I sure did took it and to my surprise, it didn't go down so bad. Just tasted mostly the dressing.
Anyway, I brought whatever beer I had left from Thursday's party and most of us got a little tipsy. ON A MONDAY NIGHT!
So I've been drinking for like, 5 days straight. It has been fun.
I love my friends =D
Now I gotta go back to doing projects and having sleepless nights before the break. Wish me lots of luck 'cause I'm going to need it.
