Androgyne
An androgyne is a rare form of transsexuality. It describes a person who needs to be male and female at the same time but does not want to be male or female. It can lead to a biological female to have her breasts and womb removed for example, but not wishing to be male or female - only presenting as both. Their appearance is often confusing to people. N.B. Not to be confused with other transsexuals who may live in an androgynous state prior to transition.
