I wasn't sure about Catherine Tate as the new assistant, I'll admit, I thought she was too much of a comedienne, but she turned out to be absolutely awesome. Props also to Bernard Cribbins as her granddad, who was exactly what all granddads should be.
Thank you Russell, for reviving one of my favourite childhood shows and managing to make it as exciting and scaring to me as an adult as it was when I was a child, if not more so.
