Quickie Pros and Cons
- So my parents are now officially Southerners, with a house way bigger than we ever had when there was 7 of us living in the house, and more bathrooms than they could possibly need. Whatevs.
+ I've been training for the Santa Barbara triathlon on August 24th. Don't get too impressed, it's only a sprint course: 1/4 mile ocean swim, 6 mile bike, and 2 mile run. But hey, it's a goal anyway.
+ Dawn's birthday was this past Saturday, so we had a wonderfully festive weekend.
+ Swim lessons are winding down, and school is gearing up.
+ I got a brand new iPhone (first generation) on the wicked cheap. That means Dawn gets to have my iPod, my GPS thing, and my Palm Pilot because all that shit is now on my phone.
- I tweaked my neck pretty damn bad last Tuesday, and it's been a slow recovery. I'll be hitting up a restorative yoga class tonight, so hopefully that will help.
+ I've gotten some good surfing in on my new board this summer, and hopefully I'll get more in before school starts. (heal neck!)
