Just finished watching Home.  Haven't seen it in ages.  Man, what a difference.  Sam/Jared was only 1 year older than my son is today. Such babies. The whole vibe of the show was so different. And Missouri!!!

I do love this episode. Saw it just a couple weeks ago during TNTs marathon one late Friday afternoon. They were such babies back then, and like you, I have some nieces and nephews around that age. It seems surreal to compare them.

The show did feel differently back then. I kinda miss the simplicity of the show from the earlier seasons. While I do still enjoy the show, I also wish the "feeling" of the show was more of how the feel was back in the earlier seasons.

And wouldn't it be cool to have Missouri pay the boys another visit. I would really love that.

I actually rewatched the whole of S1 just this spring. And yes, they look so young and the feeling of the show is just sooo sweet! Monsters yes, but just 'ordinary monsters', right?
