I've seen this posted around. Finally decided to do it. I've done similar surveys in the past and I didn't do this one originally because the results tend to be .. non-specific ... for me.
Not sure of the point since my answers indicate similarities with a lot of regions. This might reflect my mid-atlantic seaboard childhood, strong NY influence via my grandparents & father, and strong southern influence via my mother's family, combined with 2nd half of childhood and adulthood in NW Oregon. I will ever and always call fireflies "lightning bugs". Sneakers will always be "sneakers" (who knew that was a New England thing? Although NJ, one of my childhood homes, also shows as orange for "sneakers"). And there are DRIVE THROUGH LIQUOR STORES? WHERE? I demand this to be a national thing. Seriously.
