Need help from crafty LJers (are you reading this Ann?)

My job's annual departmental holiday "art" contest is upon us. This year we've been given 2 boxes (24 individual) full-sized candy canes and a box of Dots candies. Our instructions are to: "use the candy to make a sculpture, building, persons, village etc. You may add to the candy that will be given to you."
I immediately started having visions of marshmallow snowmen w/Dot's robot heads impaling each other w/candy canes, w/much use of red food dye. I like Tim Burton. However, I am not good at artistic execution and my coworkers may not share my vision. What would you do w/2 boxes of candy canes and a box of Dots, other than eat them?
