Happy Days are Here Again

So I thought I was excited when I finally took in the vinyl skirt 2 inches that has been needing a size reduction for awhile and it wasn't enough. Today, however, I got to take 3 inches off a bustier that I was swimming in and found out I could wear a "Large" in something, not an XL but a L that was supposedly a size 16. Granted it was stretch
