Hello all and welcome to the life of Joey Dunn for the past i dont know how long. First I would like to apologize for not updating in so long. Like I told Laura it was something that I kinda got out of the habit of doing at the beginning of the year and just havent even thought about it. So hear goes...
I was elected as the Indiana FFA State Sentinel. What that means is I took a year out of college to serve as an officer. This was June 17th. We went through a bunch of training and what not. We hold five camps throughout the year that we put on. They are alot of fun. We all live together in a house in Trafalgar. There are 7 of us all together. We are from all over the state but its fun. It makes things interesting. But anyway, our first real test is State Fair. We live up there for a month and run the huge FFA pavilion. Its not really exciting but I had fun. At that time I kinda broke a rule. You see, as a state officer I am not allowed to date other FFA members. Well this girl and I began to talk, and this is the part where i really have to apologize to Laura, b/c she is part of the reason Laura and I split. So I am very sorry Laura, I guess we werent meant to be. Anyway, so this girl and I start talking. And we have been talking since then. And things were going great but all of the sudden it has gotten too hard for her or something b/c she is thinking about breaking it off. I dont know though, I havent talked to her for five days. Hopefully things will work out for best, I dont know what the best is right now but they will work out for the best. Anyway, aside from my love life that isnt supposed to be happening, we have held all of our camps but on, and that one is in April. They have been a blast and we are getting ready for June where we will retire as state office and go to college next year. My major has changed. Instead of Soil and Crop Science I am going to go to Purdue for Agriculture Education. Anyway, I made this shorter than I could have but I dont have all the time in the world.
