(no subject)
Sometimes i feel like i am still living in the philippines. People around my neighborhood honk for no reason, they honk when they they are angry, happy, trying to get someone they knows attention, just for the fun of it, and to say hey you guys are getting married.
I went to the San Diego Zoo today, it comparison to the woodland park zoo in seattle it is huge. I couldn't finish it in 5 hours. Granted I spent some time wandering around back tracking and returning to the same spots. I got some pretty good pictures of the animals, such as a hippo opening its mouth underwater, a wicked shot of a bear taken a dump, and a little kid who fell into the gorilla pit. Kids are dumb. The thing i was disappointed in was the animals were still in rather small cages, especially the big cats. I saw them pacing back in forth, growling to themselves stop staring at me. I remember a lynx only getting up coming close because some parent put their baby really near the cage. The animal i really enjoyed was the bonobo monkey. I know bonobo monkey. They actually had bonobo monkeys. I was pretty gitty and spent most of my time with them. For those who do not know what a bonobo monkey is, look it up or imagine a missing link between humans and chimps. Oh yeah they have pandas there as well; pandas are dumb I think they want to die. Finally what I also really liked was the 500-600 lb tortoise. I want to ride one and move it with a carrot on a string.
