OH MY... The part wherein you differentiated the types of love of the characters were very good, and the metaphors were really nice and true. Although this chapter was a little bit fast paced for me, I really loved the way you portrayed the characters and the sexual tension between Lars and Matthew (it wasn't too strong but it wasn't too weak either, it was just right for their party).

Again, your really amaze me on how good your write! Please continue soon!
(I hope to have more angst and drama!)

Ugh, this chapter IS pretty fast, isn't it? I was expecting it to be short and when it kept growing I was like, "DAMN I have to cut this off soon!"

:) Thank you for commenting, I'll try to update as quick as I can!

Amsterdam... This is just an extra bonus to your great story. I love the background it makes to the relationship of the two protagonists. (A very good place to consumate it, I approve! :-)
The red light district moment made me grin - I stayed the night in one of them in a hostel and it was more funny than sexy or whatever it was supposed to be.
I really like your Netherlands and how he percieves Canada from the point of view of a European country and the perspective of Canada. How they differ and still appreciate each other.

When my family and I went to Amsterdam and we walked by the red light district, my father ran into a pole. So now if I go there again I doubt I'll be able to think it's "sexy". There'll just be this mental image of my father swearing with a thick British accent and hopping around.

Always late. I: That's me.

ANYWAY. I have to say, I really liked the beginning (native stories are so interesting. I myself read lots of old African myths.) Also loved the part when Matthew explained the different types of love. There are so many other things I liked, but I don't feel like writing them all out.
Haha, your comment above made me laugh. Banging into a pole... But I do that all the time, so I shouldn't be laughing. (but pain is so funny!)
Anyway, keep writing, and I'll try to find time to comment!

Better late than never, right??

I adore native stories. I haven't actually read any of the ones from the Africa area...

He got angry at me for laughing but it was really funny. Hilarious thing is, when we passed by the red light district while in Tokyo on a tour, my father ran into another pole. Maybe it's something about red light districts that make him want to hurt himself??

Thanks :) I'll keep updating!
