I just spent an hour on the phone with the Brick Costomer service to rearrange an exchange which should have never happened in the first place and confirm a delivery I was told would take place on a day when they don't deliver! So the tally for this week for bad costomer service is 2 to 0. So I don't get to put my house together fully til next weekend and at that I will be at the hospital all day Saturday in lectures.... can it get any worse, oh ya, another call from Bell would just kill me....I wish the line thing would just get resolved. It would so solve all my nightmares!
