The story of my Life by Kathy Harris (or rather the story of my weekend/ since coming home from victor)
Thurs Got home from vic on tues, absolutly shagged and done some serious damage to my spine from sleeping on the sofa bed. Had to go to the Arman house for a big talk about Thailand and yeddeh yaddah blah blah..... very exhausting, interesting, but exhausting. Didnt get home till almost 1, got maccas for dinner on the way and then passe out as soon as i got home leaving maccas on floor. (never seen day old maccas in the morning, its kinda gross.)
Friday spent the day doing boring chores for mum and then at 4 went to seans to help out at his mums big managers party. Bar tues night at victor, it was the first time i actually broke down and just cried about the thought of leaving. Sean was cute, he was a bit scared and didnt know what to do cuse it was the first time hed seen me cry. As the night progressed tina (seans mum) kept saying how she loved me and was going to miss me when i left. then she introuced me as the 'soon to be daughter in law'!!!!!!! i was a bit shocked but its nice to know that she likes me enough to consider me as someone shed want her son to marry.
the night went down hill rom there though, FREE ALCOHOL!!!!! surrouned by adults skulling glasses of wine. Ha many great chats with many people who i have no idea what their names were but the seeme very lovely. Then i proceeded to fll over alot so sean put me to bed, started getting huge headspins, realised i wasnt well...... ran to the toilet to throw up everywhere (that included getting puke on the hallway runner and all over myself. Tina found me, stripped me down and put me in the shower (that was weird.... me naked infront of tina) got put into one of her nighties and sent to bed later to throw up a bit more. woke up in the morning embarrased as hell but tina didnt seem to care (even though the hallway stinks of chunder)
saturday spent the day at seans, was fairly hung over and needed to be cared for. went down the beach and got my feet wet. yay. then went home to get sand all over seans bed. We put the projecter up in seans room and watched se7en on the wall (bizare movie) and then i went to the chemist to buy some things and i saw vibrating condoms for 12 bucks. They didnt last long but my god they were worth it :P:P jk jk jk sorry guys
left seans about 10 pm and went to stretchs 18th which was really fun. it was weird mixing my school friends with daimon and kirby etc. felt very weird. had a good night all in all.... cept vaiva was angry at me cause didnt call her back. she made it very abvious she was pissed off which was kinda funny cause she kept avoiding me and i busted her trying to leave without saying goodbye. oh Dejana cried, which was sad but really sweet.
sunday morning woke up to mum sitting on my bed talking about who knows what and eventually we ended up fighting (im still in bed, lights off.... very sleepy etc etc )) and we start like a screaming fight while im still in bed. i was so angry, mums become so irrational lately.
wen i got home from church i found all these people out the front browsing through our garbage (dads thrown out some old comps and stuff on the side of the road) and there were all these people just rummaging through our stuff. They got embarrased because i came home and i'd seen them. so they all spilt back into their houses. it made me laugh.
i walked inside to ind my mum had only moments before almost blown up our house. She left a tea towel on the stove and left to turn the tree lights on. When she came back the whole stove area was on fire (including all dog and cat food) and she showed me the fre blanked she used to put it out and it was a mess. theyre made of fibreglass and it was melted (thats a big fire) so that was interesting for the house to stink like fire for couple of hours.
i spent the rest of the arvo reading about thailand and about pros and other health matters and culture boundaries and shit..... did u know that in thailand they have a completely different clock. in australia we split the clock into 2 halves of the 24 hours. 12.00 -11.59 am and 12.00- 11.59pm. They have divided theirs into 4 quarters. but they dont use am or pm or anything like that..... its so confusing. so when ur trying to make an apointment say with a doctor, there are four 1 oclock each day.!!!!!!!! FUCKED UP (that could make for come serious dilemas.... or comical stories)
anywho im tired so im gunna try napping beofre mum comes home and goes on another rant.
