COMMENTARY

Mary J Blige bests 2005's timeframe for first artist to reach two #1's in a chart year by only taking till the 07/05 chart, in comparison to last year when it took Delta Goodrem 1 week later (chart dated 15/05) to hit #1 with Little Too Late. Mary J has come out of nowhere to hit #1 twice this year, her best effort beforehand being a Top 10 showing of Family Affair.

Pete Murray returns to the Top 5 for the first time in a while, his last single to do so was 2004's So Beautiful, whilst Annie inches closer to the Top 10.
