So...yeah...
I met a guy today. It was interesting. While hanging out with a smoker friend, there he was. He has the type of lip piercing that rocks my world - the kind I faked on halloween. It was really sexy on him. He's not dark and italian, but still dark...and built just the way I like. We swapped phone numbers and I even invited him to my birthday party. He may have been into my friend rather than me...but I really don't care. At least I made some kind of move in the guy department. It felt good...and when my phone rang later today and it was him...well, that felt good too.
I've been trying to get ahold of Rob to remind him about my birthday party and find out if he's attending, but so far, no returned phone calls. I think I'm beginning to assume that means no, but I'd really like for him to be there.
On the party front, things are shaping up to be alright. A couple of my really good friends will be out of town...that kind of sucks, but it's hard to avoid for the holidays. Hopefully some good people will show and it'll be a good time. I'm getting kinda tired of having to plan my own birthday party every year though. Oh well. That's what I get for being a girl like me, I guess. :-)
