"Feeling like I just can't poop myself out"

The subject is not how I feel, its a line from a Cuddy Mack song.
Cuddy Mack is a band that Gordon, my guitar teacher, and these two R&B singers started, fusing rock music with R&B vocals. Gordon asked me recently to join this band as a rhythm guitarist and tonight was to be our first full band practice. I got very lost on the way getting me there 20 minutes late, and the drummer's car broke down getting him there not at all. However, one of the singers brought in this really really tall skinny black dude to play keyboards and he was awesome and the bass player was this really big fat black dude who was also really really good. I think its funny that Gordon and I are the only white guys in this shindig. Actually, the drummer may be, but I don't think 'Dante' is a very common white guy name.

Saturday night Nomis Kid played a rockin house party and some guy off the street came up and told Zen that he liked us and that he was in the music buisness in some way and that he was looking for new local talent. We didn't have any cd's on us but we gave him our website and it would just be weird if something happened because of that. After we played, Spike, Aidan and I jammed as a backup band for this hip-hop guy and that was alot of fun.

Tomorrow Scotty, this drummer from my class, and I are performing Just What I Needed by the Cars in class and I'm singin lead. I'm nervous cause I've had a mucousy throat for the past week and it's feeling kinda sore tonight. And also I'm nervous because I don't often sing in front of people.

Friday Brave Not Noble may be auditioning a new bass player. I hope that this dude is cool and has a cool last name. I think he has something to live up to seeing as we know a guy named Beau already and his last name is Weiner.

Two weeks from tomorrow my beautiful gets her and sticks around for two months. This is officially to be deemed 'The Summer Of Love 2'.

Right now I am beat like Spike's kick drum.
Good Night
