Great to hear form you and happy that the surgery went well.

In the old days they'd want you to stay in bed and not move but now you barely wake up before they have you staggering about.

I barely had time to wake up after I had a fibroma removed before I was walking up and down the hallway with a nurse at my side.

Then she wanted to help me wash and she took me to the bathroom. I started feeling nauseous and she said "Hey, I'll just open the window. Get some fresh air in."

And she did open the window... only at the harbour, not far from the hospital, they were loading a ship with grain and the stench was unbelievable. It smelled like a million fish had died in a warm room. I puked so much and at the same time I found the situation so damn funny :)

Always look on the bright side!

that is what a friend found out with both hip surgeries.

I'm having my knees done when it first feasible and my insurance will cover it.
