We have survived!!
School has officially commenced for Mr Melodrama and I, and we both have survived the 1st day. Monday's are going to be long for me, get out of work by 7, get home by 8:15 or so, just in time to help see Mr melodrama off to school, take a quick nap, out the door by noon, and not get home again until 9:00. blech
i'm dreading my probability class, good teacher, pain of a class. My systems class is also going to be a pain, again good teacher however. just what i love more transforms.... like i actually learned any of those in the last 3 classes i have seen them in.
in other news i hate our yard! apparently there is some poison oak along our fence-line. i now know this by happily getting into it while trimming two weeks ago. i am covered it this wretched stuff!! Visited the Dr a week ago monday for some shots, by sat morning no healing had occurred and i was feeling really bad enough to leave work early. After some sleep, we went out for lunch and could watch new patches of irritation start appearing on my arms, so a fun trip to the ER on sat, was there for about 5 hours, ended up not going into work on sunday morning either.
usually not the end of the world work wise, but for the last week we have been 2 people short, out of a department of 9, so my missing a day really impacted others, who have already has to work significant overtime.
well my first class today is at 4:00, and no lab tonight, so time to get some errands done, and then enjoy a free evening!!
