It may be that I am just re-directing my anger because my circadian rhythm is off and has been since finals were over...but damn. I am pissed. And it is 7 am. I haven't been to sleep yet. Be forewarned. I plan on using my dirty words.
What the fuck is with those assholes in CA? Not only do they, and people across the country, spend millions upon millions of dollars to stop people who just want their love to be fuckin' protected by law. What is up with that? Ok, so not only do they do that, but now they want the marriages prior to the ban to be nullified????!!! Fuck that. I mean, seriously. You won. You and your hate bashing, fucking urrrgghhh I don't have words people, got that hateful amendment to pass and now you want to destroy the beauty that was the brief legalization of gay marriage away too. Oh the anger.
Plus, the recently passed legislation by the brilliant Bush administration allows health care professionals to refuse medical care based on their own personal beliefs. Fine, be moral at home, teach your kids creationism and go to church, do the Jesus thing (obviously overgeneralizing) but when you come to work and your job to provide people medical care and do no harm, then you better not do any fuckin' harm.
