G+ 4ish hours...

So, as I've said before I am really happy with Glee since it's return from hiatus. So SO happy. It has been more fluid (? for lack of a better word), there has been a flow to the narrative from week to week yet the show maintains it's quirky POV. The fact the story lines have primarily focused on my favorite characters has also been greatly appreciated. I am a fan of the show, first and foremost because of the music and performing and I have loved 97% of all the music in the last three eps and have really enjoyed the rest of it.

I have been looking forward to tonight's episode since the end credits of City of Angels. I am generally unspoiled for everything, except with this episode I stumbled across 2 guest stars (Wikipedia, not directly related to Glee, go figure. I guess I just wasn't thinking right, or enough); one of them was in the promo though so, I feel okay with that (the other I kind of am meh about except that it might further my thought that McKinley is getting written off via happy endings, which, still ambivalent). I don't actually know whats going to happen though, so I'm looking forward to finally seeing it.

I have been speculating wildly about tonight's plot. Well, I first was confident of what it would be: all the gang would return [Spoiler (click to open)](based on seeing Britt, and Puck and Quinn and Mercedes and I think Mike in the promo, which I may have watched. Repeatedly. Sometimes in slow forward.) to save glee club. My belief was augmented by the two Special Guest Stars in the promo. Kurt telling Rachel and Santana about what happened made me think that was to earn Rachel and Santana traveling together despite their current tension. The to be expected reminiscing would excuse repeating songs.

Then it occurred to me that it could be the graduation episode. I really want to see this group of seniors graduate. Mostly because I want to/hope to meet Blaine's parents (although, despite them being mentioned we never met Mercedes' parents). That notion is less supported if not knocked out by the SGSitP.

Admittedly, I am afraid that tonight will be disappointing, because the back half of season three happened. And, in the back half of season four there would be a couple of great episodes then an episode that would at best, leave me wanting. But, I remain hopeful while afraid; I do love a special episode and the 100th is rife with opportunity to be great.
