I miss LJ!
so today, its really REALLY slow at work and looking back at LJ makes me kinda miss it!! I'm just kinda realizing that it'd be nice to look back in like 3 years to see how my life was and what i was feeling, so, im starting LJ back up again! :D yay! even though, no one else will probably be reading since there hasnt been a post in MONTHS!
But anyways, life is really good! I am currently going to the Nashua Tech and finishing up my associates degree. I'm taking english short stories and psychology (for the 2nd time of course haha, i failed it at UNH) and then all i have left is microbiology in the summer and I'm done!! I'll be graduating in May, they let me get my associates then since i only have one class left to complete anyways and at the graduation i'll be getting my certificate for massage therapy as well as my associates degree of general studies (science). So, needless to say, im psyched!! I'm still working on getting certified to work in NH as a massage therapist. I finished the class to help me study for it...but that just made me realize just HOW MUCH i have to study, absolutely crazy! all im going to be doing is playing with muscles!! can't you let me do that? ya, that def sounded dirty haha.. but you know what i mean!
After that, I'm hoping to move on and get a doctorate in physical therapy! YA a DOCTORATE!! i'm seriously going to be Doctor Hills haha isn't that crazy? I figure its the next step up from massage therapy and the best thing about it is i can help people WITHOUT taking their blood or giving them shots or cutting them up :) which is a plus since im terrified of that stuff!!
My brother is still living in Japan. Doing really well actually. I miss him like crazy, but he's really happy over there. He's living with Kendall and they seem to be doing ok. I guess they have crazy schedules and dont get to see each other that often, which can be hard, especially if you're living together too and you STILL dont see each other as much. I guess he was going to get her a kitten for their anniversary and still is planning on it, not sure how they're going to take care of it, especially when they travel, but he seems determined to get one and he's almost 26, so what can you say to a 26 year old? haha
Yes, i am currently living with my parents still, its ok for the time being, i know it won't be forever. We just got a puppy named Eve and she's the cutest, shes been living with us for about a month or so now, so shes about 3 months old. We named her eve because she was born on christmas eve, it seems to really fit her. Although she should be named bitey for how bitey and crazy she is. You should SEE my hands, they have little marks all over them from her biting me. But i guess thats what puppies do!
I am also currently working at the Fairfield Inn in Merrimack. It's not a bad job! i mean the one and only complaint is how slow its been recently and how little I'm paid to do this job, so my pay check at the end of the month isnt that great, but i love my bosses, Charito and David, they're the best. Constantly saying how good of a job i do. Not to mention all of the guests ive met here, like Mr. Veilleux, Mr Litterer, Winicaties, Krumm, Mr Anderson and Mr Finn, they're all crazy, but very nice/memorable people. I've learned so much here, i learn new things each day. What's funny is going into this job, i almost never thought i could do it. I thought how am i going to be able to hold conversations with complete strangers, but im actually pretty good at it! My one year anniversary is coming up on April 15th, its crazy how time flies! It feels like just yesterday i was in high school working at Pizza Hut, but thats long gone.
I'm still with my wonderful man, Matthew. He's working at New Ipswitch now. it isnt his IDEAL job, but it something to get him by for the time being. Today is actually our 3.5 year anniversary. Crazy, i can't believe we've been together that long! it'll be 4 years in September which is just crazy! can't believe it.
That's pretty much my news for now! im going to try and update each time something weird goes on, which is a pretty much daily event.
