Update Time
So, I just went to my other online journal site only to discover that the entire website is going to go away in the next week or so. Perhaps this will be motivation for me to start writing in my normal, handwritten journals. I intend to hold on to Livejournal as another form of expressing my thoughts.
I have not written in my regular journal for so long that I almost feel as if I have forgotten what it feels like to express my thoughts with pen and paper. So much has been going on with me that it will be difficult to figure out where to start.
We have had brutal cold weather here these past couple of weeks. We even got like six inches of snow which caused the schools here to close for almost a week. As a result, students will have to go to school on President's Day. When I was in high school, that never happened to us. Instead, Marshall added an extra half-hour to the school day for about a week or so. This was because of Hurricane Isabelle.
I am kind of pissed off today because my parents have made me apply to Macy's again. I absolutely hated working there. I have expressed that to them, but they don't seem to care. They made it perfectly clear that I need money. They also don't think that the paralegal route I was on is no longer working for me. Why the hell would I want to work in a place that I hated so much? I put in an application this afternoon with Macy's just to make THEM happy.
Anyways, just thought I would do a brief update on my life. I know that I am leaving a lot of information out, but I know that I will get to it later.
OH YEAH!
I am going to be treating myself to an iPad mini as my final Christmas present. I just need to see if I am going to get the one with the retina display, which is $100 more expensive.
