Yay for live music
Well our band has been doing quite well and our following seems to be growing considerabley. I've just about sold out on my Album and I'm having more pressed. I'm excited but I hope I dont have trouble selling these other CD's. We're playing at the H.O.R.R. bar tomorrow night, its this new place on Mesa where the ALBUR bar used to be. It's under new ownership and this new guy built an awesome stage and bought a really good PA system. I'm excited to play cuz we're opening up for a national act that is passing by on their tour. BULLET TRAIN TO VEGAS is the name of the band and even though their music is totally different from ours I think it should prove to be a very fun and interesting show. Its an all ages show and its FREE to boot. I just dont see why people would miss a free show.
I'm totally excited about my baby coming for thanksgiving. We are going to spend it at a lodge somewhere in the mountains with her family. I like spending that time with her cuz we go and cut down a christmas tree to take home and Crystal always gets mad and scared because I call the bears out in the forrest with my authentic Bear mating call. I wonder if it will snow while we're up there, I know it might snow in El Paso this weekend cuz its supposed to be super super cold. I woke up this morning feeling like a beat up homeless man, stinky and in pain! That is the only drawback to working with a bunch of 3 and 4 year olds, you pick up all of their germs! It is just so weird that the times I've gotten sick this year have all been right before I have to play a concert. Crystal and I also plan on hanging out a lot with Chris and his Girlfriend Lacy. Chris is my bass player and him and I are becoming pretty close friends. I always make fun of him cuz he is obsessed with Days of the New and he makes fun of me cuz I'm obsessed with Dave Matthews Band. The other night he was drunk and he passed out on his bed and his roommates and I walked in there with one of those bb guns that shoot those plastic bb's and I shot him on the bottom of his foot!! Those things hurt so bad and he let out a blood curling scream that resounded throughout the entire apartment complex!!! It was soo freakin funny. Well i'm sick and I need to get my rest so I will go to sleep now. I really cant wait for C-Horse to get back so we can love on each other. I really miss that dumb girl!!
