For this challenge your icon can have the character in the rain or have the text on the icon mention rain. Your choice, either will be accepted.
You have till Sunday at 11 p.m. to submit your icons, as always. Make sure your icons fit live journal standards: no more than 100x100 pixels and under 40k.
Also, remember this is a stillness community. So don't animate those icons otherwise they will not be counted.^^
