Happy Birthday, Grissom challenge
Here are the names of the folks who have said they'd like to write something for the "Happy Birthday, Grissom" challenge so far.

There were a couple others who commented on my original challenge post, but I don't know if they actually intend to write or were just commenting. If you want to confirm that you're writing that's good but it's not necessary, because hey, it's all in fun.
Since there weren't any words, phrases, locations or other fic cues requested from the folks that signed up, there won't be any confirmation of participation coming to you via email. Since this is such an informal challenge, anyone can really drop a story in with the premise as it's recapped below.
The parameters are simple: Someone gives Grissom a birthday surprise. This being a slash community, the nature of the surprise could certainly be physical. Extra points for Grissom tearing up or bursting into laughter; double extra points for kinkiness. (But that's just me.) Story length: minimum 500 words, maybe, once again because of the short lead time. Due date is August 17.
The usual header rules apply: Put the story title, pairing and rating in the subject line of your post on August 17, and in the body, give us the title, author, LJ and/or email for feedback, rating, pairing, summary and disclaimer, along with a link to the story in your LJ or on your website. I'm guessing that it would be OK to post shorter stories right to this community, too, since we do it all the time anyhow.
