Proposed challenge?
Three weeks from tomorrow will be Gil Grissom's 49th birthday. (Though Grissom as a Leo? I'm not buying it. A Virgo, yeah, or a Scorpio, but not a Leo. Anyway.) With the permission of the mods (who should feel free to delete this post if it's contrary to their wishes or the rules) I thought it would be fun to have a Happy Birthday, Grissom short fic challenge.
The parameters are simple: Someone gives Grissom a birthday surprise. This being a slash community, the nature of the surprise could certainly be physical. Extra points for Grissom tearing up or bursting into laughter; double extra points for kinkiness. (But that's just me.) Story length: minimum 500 words, maybe, once again because of the short lead time.
