(no subject)
Just finished the fourth book in the Steerswoman series (Rosemary Kirstein) and enjoyed it very much. I read about it somewhere on LiveJournal but once again I failed to write down where. Anyway, I was happy to see there is more to come because I really like the characters, but I was disappointed to find out that the next book hasn't been written yet or at least not published. It's always fun to find a series you like where there are several books already written, but it's hard to wait for the next one. I'm having the same problem waiting for the next Katherine Kerr book in the Deverry series, though I think it may be out now or will be soon.
I get impatient though when I have to wait too long. I've been waiting years for Melanie Rawn to write The Captal's Tower, though I've read that she may be working on it. And how long have we been waiting for the next George R. R Martin? Seems like forever. Seems like forever I've been trying to work on book 3 of the Dovella series, too, so I'd better get back to work.
