super shopper

Today was a super shopping day. I bought two pairs of jeans, a pair of capris, a pair of shorts, a skirt and a button down top for about $31 dollars at Old Navy's clearance sale. Ends today-- go now! I also bought a few bathing suits at Marshalls because the last time I bought a bathing suit was probably five years ago. So overall, it was an afternoon well spent *groans* I know, I know it's a bad pun! I couldn't resist!

A friend of mine is coming down to visit me today. We might go see Pirates. We've both already seen it, but feel that it needs a second viewing for proper analysis. I wish that Miami Vice was opening this weekend (it opens next weekend). I'm nervous for it because I loved the show dearly (I've actually got it on right now as I type this) and I've heard that the only thing that's even remotely similar to the original are the character names and that's it. I know that things had to change because a serious action/drama set in the 80s just wouldn't get taken seriously. I'm sad to think that Crockett and Tubbs will be OOC when I've been waiting for big screen MV for a long time.

Came across an interesting thing in my search for more Snape--> Snapecast This is a podcast all about our man Snape. I've tried some Harry Potter related podcasts and haven't really been impressed. It just seemed like a group of friends sitting around discussing various aspects of HP that usually ended in much silliness and unintelligible laughter, which I don't have time for, sorry. But Snapecast, while it is all these things, I liked because Snape was the topic of conversation and well, that's the only reason I tuned into any HP podcasts to begin with! It's good to have on while you're doing other things like folding laundry or cooking or internet shopping.

Has anyone listened to Snapecast before? What did you think?

As always, comments are welcome. I'm still interested in Snape/Harry/HBP/whatever discussion-- so comment on anything!

thanks guys!
