Holy crap. I saw this in a store on Friday and I almost fell over. I WANT HIM. I've got to save my pennies because he's $50 bucks. *cries*
Yesterday I struggled all afternoon and into the evening with getting a perspective drawing but before SNL came on I had one done. So I'm pleased with that. It's not all that great, tremendously simple, but it's exactly what I need for the next step of this little project. Today I need to scan it in and finish up. It's probably too much to think that I'll finish tonight, but I'm going to try.
My sister is leaving today. *cries* I think she's ready to go back to school. If she stayed any longer we'd probably get into fights. My dad's not leaving until Tuesday which is good for my mother because if they both left at the same time she'd be really sad. I just found out that she bought plane tickets at Easter time for my parents to spend the holiday with my sister. Which means that I'll be spending the holiday by myself. I'm okay with that, actually. She says I can go to my aunt's house, but I'd prefer just to be by myself because I don't get any time off then and I won't like driving 50 miles to her house on a worknight. My aunt lives in a place that I like to call "you can't get there from here". It's very difficult. And I'm crap with directions. But I'll worry about this in four months.
