recycling life, one day at a time
1. Last Friday after submitting the dissertation proposal, I slept for 19 hours. I woke up at 10 on Saturday morning, feeling completely out of battery. Tip for anemic people: don't sleep for 19 hours unless you have a ton of food and water ready on your bedside table.
2. Yesterday in class the teacher asked if anyone didn't love teddy bears as a kid (a rhetorical question - I very belatedly realized) and I was the only one who raised her hand. The entire class turned to stare at me. The teacher was all "O____o rly??? but why??" The guy sitting in front of me turned to me with a confused expression, "You're weird."
My reaction was basically "W H A T."
Is everyone supposed to like teddy bears? idgi. I don't hate them or anything, I just don't like them. Small ones are fine, but big ones are terrifying ok. I guess I was just never a teddy bear kid.
3. I don't want to be an adult why am I not 15 forever. :(
4. I found myself plotting out the sequel for Inception!AU last Monday. Wae. I thought I was done forever with it/plots. ;_______; Anyway, I just wanted it to be a short one-shot, but after plotting out everything, it looks like a 15,000 to 20,000-word piece......... /o\ Question though: If Zhou Mi had a totem, what would it be? For those who haven't seen the movie, totem is a small unique personal object the dreamer keeps to remind them that the dream is not the real world. Does Zhou Mi have any small item that's really dear to him?
5. Um also there are budding ideas for a receptionist!QMi AU and Hong Kong 1960s AU.
I keep getting distracted by looking at pretty Chinese resorts though. Imagine if Zhou Mi worked in a place like this! The uniform would be so cute on him. Kyuhyun is a filthy rich Korean guest I guess.

Intense craving for Hong Kong 1960s verse was rekindled after this picture of SJ-M in Hong Kong.
Class portrait of the small English class Zhou Mi is in. He so very deliberately stands next to the cute Korean boy whom Victoria is tutoring. He might or might not ask cute Kuixian out for a drink after the photo session. The boy would nod, looking more than a little confused (perhaps because his Chinese isn’t that good yet), but Zhou Mi could definitely work on it. Victoria might be too busy for tutoring these days after she got engaged to that wealthy Thai merchant’s son anyway.
6. I've finally finished watching Athena!! ...I'll just pretend the last 15 minutes never happened okay. On the other hand, Changmin the bomb specialist from some other department suddenly became Siwon's personal assistant in the last ep lol I don't even.
Siwon is so cute though. ;__; I nearly cried with him when he started bawling. ;___;
So bitter omg they didn't even give Siwon a single chance to get the girl!! I suppose I'll just live with this... They're so cute together. Too bad she's already dating Jung Woo Sung irl haha.
7. Speaking of which I'm confused about the meaning of HoMin's Athena-verse MV. Is it "Everyone else is a backstabbing asshole, only HoMin are forever. /drives off together into the sunset"? Also Changmin has no priority, just like Jung Woo in Athena, letting a terrorist go because of ~love~. :|
