Bad news aplenty
As if this monday couldn't get any worse it seems my biological grandfather (mom side) is on his deathbed. I've only met the man once a couple months ago and mom wasn't especially close, but the news is still taking a big toll on her. He's way out in Texas and mom is conflicted about staying here and waiting for news from my grandma or catching a flight ASAP.
