my sleep schedule is really messed up. i was doing really well this semester on getting 8 hours of sleep and going to bed at "normal" times. then i got sick and slept till 4 one day, and since then, i've stayed up till like 4 or 5 in the morning and getting up the next day at like 2 or 3. even if i don't nap, i still stay up late again.
terrible. one thing that might be good though is it might help with finals week.
