so i came up with a movie idea. here it is via a conversation i had with someone.
Ray loves hippos: i came up with the most win movie idea ever
Ray loves hippos: like a short film
Ray loves hippos: this kid, either chinese japanese or brazailian
Ray loves hippos: wakes up every day
Ray loves hippos: he's poor and homeless by the way
Ray loves hippos: and he prays for an asteroid to hit earth
Ray loves hippos: and the movie is just him walking around
Ray loves hippos: and he walks by electronics stores
Ray loves hippos: and you catch various glimpses of what's going on in the world through that
Ray loves hippos: basically shit sucks
Ray loves hippos: the fun part is he's unaware of all this
Ray loves hippos: he just wants the world to end for some unknown reason
Ray loves hippos: so like
Ray loves hippos: everyone is at war
Ray loves hippos: and resource scarcity
Ray loves hippos: and all this
Ray loves hippos: well not war
Ray loves hippos: but violent flare ups along borders and shit
Ray loves hippos: one of the broadcasts on the televisions is everyone in the UN leaving because it's been disbanded

Ray loves hippos: and some of the information you get is people talking on the street

Ray loves hippos: and finally he looks up at the sky
Ray loves hippos: and there's jsut this massive asteroid, off in the distance
Ray loves hippos: and he just watches it as it hits earth
Ray loves hippos: and the movie ends with him smiling in slow mo
Ray loves hippos: and he just sort of falls on his back in the grass
Ray loves hippos: looking up
Ray loves hippos: and the camera angle is top down

Ray loves hippos: as you;'re looking down
Ray loves hippos: you just hear this roar
Ray loves hippos: as the shockwave rushes over the kid
Ray loves hippos: melting him basically
Ray loves hippos: and the movie ends
Ray loves hippos: also i made a mistake
Ray loves hippos: he just wishes the world to end
Ray loves hippos: not necessarily a meteor
Ray loves hippos: but that's what i had in mind
