Is it December already? Cause it was COLD when I came out of my room. Sky looks dreary, it makes me want to curl up in bed, or sit down on the couch at the dorm sipping a hot cup of choco with marshmallows. Better yet, champorado. Mmmmmmmm ...
ANYWAY!

How many earthbenders does it take to bend a measly rock in The Last Airbender?
Apparently, six - with the sudden addition of one, making it a grand total of *sparkles* SEVEN!
They should have just danced to the beat of Bad Romance and saved face.

Saturday was amazing that amazing doesn't even begin to cover how amazing Saturday was. LOL okay, I don't know if that made sense. Let's do this again.
I went out with a cousin whom I haven't seen for more than a year. We grew up together, so we're really close and even if we don't see each other as often as we want to, whenever we do I still talk to him about stuff that I otherwise won't feel comfortable sharing with other family members whom I haven't seen in a while.
It was funny ... because we met up in TriNoMa, which was nearer his place. I arrived first (coming from Manila!), and just for kicks, I texted him "FIRST." He replies, telling me that he's stuck in traffic. Ahhh, the great equalizer. So, I saved a seat in Starbucks, bought a caramel machiatto and one Heaven on Earth - he celebrated his birthday on July 1 and it seemed to be the safest gift. I told the barista not to bring it out until I say so.
He arrived forty minutes later. Hahahahaha! He got himself a coffee, then I asked the barista if they can bring out the cake. When he saw it he was pleasantly surprised, but after saying thank you, he told me "May sasabihin ako sa iyo later." He sounded serious, which made me a bit concerned.
When we were almost done with the cake, he said it: "I'm mildy lactose intolerant." OHEMGEEFACEPALM I freaked, I said sorry so many times, but he reiterated the "mildly", said that it only came recently and gave a host of other excuses, but I felt really guilty about it.
I asked him what he wants to do, and he suggested that we went to the arcade. I agreed right away. He went on to suggest that we played Time Crisis cause that was a game that we liked playing together way back, and I said yes right away. So, we went to Timezone, loaded a card (he was a bit embarrassed because he thought he was too old to be playing, and I told him jokingly that he need not worry cause he didn't look like a doctor now that he's casually dressed. XD
We didn't get to play Time Crisis 4 at once. So we went for the next best thing - old school Time Crisis 2. Both of us died at Stage 2. LOL! After that we played Silent Hill, which wasn't really scary (at some point we were just scaring each other just for kicks). One of the scenes was in a hospital, and I joked that maybe his nurses are nurses by day and zombies by night. XD
After Silent Hill, the Time Crisis arcade was still occupied, so we busied ourselves with another game that had big guns (I forget what the name of the game was). Both of us died easily. Hahahahahah! Then, we decided to camp near Time Crisis 4 so when the chicks who were playing were done we could swipe our card immediately. And that's exactly what happened.
I think we didn't Stage 1. *facepalm* We almost did, but we ran out of credit.
After Timezone, we were contemplating on having dinner, or just walking around the mall. He said he had to run some errands, like replace the battery of my tito's watch (my tito being his dad), which was a piece he got from his high school days (meaning said watch was older than the both of us). After that I tagged along as he bought a game for his PS3.
By the time that was done, it was already 7:30. I was keen on staying longer but he insisted, just like a good older brother, that I had to go home lest he be forever a bad shot with my mom and dad. I, on the other hand, wanted to stay because I thought it was still too early and I wanted to stay with him. Being the older cousin, he vetoed that immediately. I had to go home. =(
Cousin accompanied me all the way to the MRT station, and I got a kiss + hug before we parted ways, which was really sweet and had me smiling from ear to ear. I told him there should be a part 2, and we have to be complete (me + Aldo and him + younger brother). That should happen sometime soon.
The only thing I forgot to do during our day out was to take pictures!!!!!! Dangit! Not even one picture was taken! So much fail!!!
