Old school, new school
Played my iPod on random, and saw that I was listening to Scandal by yes, you guessed it, Kangta & Vanness.
Oh, gahhhd ... Kangta!
(Trivia: That McLaren he's riding? That's his car in real life.)
I forget how many years Koreans have to serve in the military, but now it's been more than a year since he went in! And oh, what a mundane fangirl life I have lived without his presence. I mean, when he was active in the scene I get to joke about his armpits! Now I can't even see his armpits live!
(OMG I remember that viridianzephyr and I used to call his armpits the "Twilight Zone" and I even made a forum signature with his armpits in focus! Bwahahahahahahahahah!!!)
But seriously speaking, I miss the ballads, I miss the mid-tempo dance songs, I miss the Twilight Zone (oh yes I do, and all that comes with it). But most of all, I miss THE VOICE. Bring him back! The old songs just won't do anymore! And I simply can't put up with Dong Bang Shin Gay! (LOLZ I'm bad)

DFF Destiny Odyssey update:
1. Onion Knight
2. Cloud
3. Squall
4. Terra
5. Cecil
6. Zidane and Bartz
7. Tidus
8. Frioniel
9. Warrior of Light
I should note that I finished Onion Knight through Cecil in 24 hours (with SLEEP!). Not bad for a non-gamer, yes/yes? XD Bwahahahaha. I had a fairly easy time with 1-5 because I finished their respective Destiny Odyssies before in the Japan release. Zidane and Bartz I slowed down because I'm not so familiar with using them. Tidus and Nobara were a walk in a park. Frioniel was my first hero to finish - I picked him because I wanted to hear Midorikawa Hikaru, so I sort of imagined Frioniel to be ... Heero Yuy. Or, Tamahome. Even worse, Seiran. Pfft! Bwahahaha! If Frioniel will do a wake-up call a la Seiran (i.e. Ojousama, soro soro jikan desu, okite kudasai ...) with all his weapons intact, I'll be so freaking scared.
I'm very concerned with WoL's DO. I'm not comfortable using him, even when I was playing the Japan release. My brothers think he's okay (leveling him up to 100 is proof); I guess it's his obsession with the "light" that strikes me as odd. WoL is the quintessential one-dimensional hero, IMHO. I like my heroes to be flawed, TYVM.
Probably, a character that I cannot play with a straight face is Sephiroth - specifically, the alternate look of Sephiroth. And, I shall say no more. Mwahahaha.

National Bookstore is on sale until PAYDAY!!! OMG I'm so happy when I read " ... to September 20"; I plan to buy the Sherlock Holmes Volume 1 compendium and Les Miserables, and probably that One Month To Live book, or whatever it's called. I have to load up with my classics, all I've got here is modern fiction and manga.
