I didn't like to take a nap when I was a kid but as I grew up I began to appreciate naps, a 20 minute nap is usually good for me.
There are days when I don't and I get really grumpy.
Also, I work in a job that requires me to be around people and I usually escape into a quiet place or walk away alone around a mall, it's usually a a good replacement to naps when I can't take a nap. Being around too many people saps my energy and I get really grumpy.
