Aww, the UndeadJournal is cute! But I think I'm gonna keep my shovel close, might not know when one of those undead zombie suckers come out to play.

O-ren Ishii and Rose Tyler
They sit next to each other, O-ren with her sword and deadliness and Rose with her gun and mission. It stopped snowing and the garden is blanketed in snow. The silence hangs over them broken only by the dull thunk from the bamboo fountain.
She never expected O-ren Ishii to help and to help in turn.
"The world is ending." O-ren murmurs. There's a certainty to her words and it sends chills down Rose's spine.
"Not if I can help it." Not while there's still hope, not while she's still breathing.
O-ren tilts her head slightly, lips turned up. "I know."
Rose looks at O-ren. "Wish me luck."
O-ren nods and that's what Rose remembers as she starts to fade again and vanish, just like the stars above their heads.
Angel/Buffy and Veronica Mars
I'd imagine Buffy and Angel meeting Veronica Mars after the end of their respective shows. Veronica stumbles her way into the paranormal underworld and after tasering one vampire and watching Buffy and Angel finish off the five other vampires in the room. Veronica might say something like, "Well, I can see I'm not in Kansas anymore, Toto."
And after initial meeting and Veronica still trying to wrap her head around the concept, they decide to start another agency only this time they decide to call it Mars Investigation. There's some dispute about the name, Angel wants to retain Angel Investigations, Buffy and Veronica point out he's a lousy detective and Buffy asks why it can't be called Summers and Mars Investigations and Veronica retorts with: "Do you want to be called 'S&M Investigations?'"
Buffy concedes the point but not before beaning a smirking Angel on the head. Together, a Vampire with a soul, a Slayer and a PI fight crime!
Nine/ Rose and Clark Kent/Lois Lane
Heh. This will be interesting, human women and the last of their kind aliens who love them.
Rose/Martha and Reese
Hah. The amount of awesome in this meeting cannot be denied. Reese would probably remind Rose (a little) of the Ninth Doctor and Martha would be happy to meet another normal human being who doesn't smile freakily and go on and on and on.
Reese would just stare at them. And then an alien monster would attack, Rose and Martha would double team it, Reese would take a few seconds to blink but would react instinctively and shoot it. Wherein Rose would say, "You didn't have to kill it!"
And Martha would add: "We were going to capture it!"
"I have rules about bug eyed monsters eating my head." She'd toe the dead alien monster. "Mind telling me what the hell this is?"
Reese in Kevlar and Crews/Reese in Kevlar
Since there couldn't possibly be two Reeses in kevlar (as hot as that might be) I may have to pass on this.
Knife bonding/Beginning Crews and Reese
She'd never thought at the beginning, she'd trust or like him but he was solid and present and there despite his constant meanderings and diatribes and off the wall ideas. They'd come a long way from the day she'd seen him in that River bed or the day she took away his knife. She trusted him. But words were not her method. She takes out his knife and wordlessly returns it to him. Your my partner. Don't screw it up.
He smiles in return, saying things like using the knife for good and not evil but says something wordless in return: I won't.
Reese/Gun and Unstoppable Reese
Reese likes guns, she was practically raised with them. Nine years old at a firing range and the first taste of the recoil, kicking her back a few paces with her father just behind her. She had five handguns at home, three handguns and a shotgun in her trunk not counting the ones she keeps in her patrol car.
She keeps up the hours in the shooting range, working her way to the 'Distinguished Expert' medal. She working with whatever weapon available but preferred her service firearm: Glock 22. She's been through a few - snub nosed revolver, a Sig, a Beretta and while they all handled well, it was the Glock she fell in love with. She likes how it handles, small and lightweight and fitting well in her hands. It could spit 15 to 17 rounds and handle a quick reload. The Glock practically shoots itself.
When Reese found herself hostaged in her own apartment and realized Larson took her gun she wasn't pleased. She just had the Glock (she never named her guns, not like that one guy in Narcotics who called his gun Candy. It back fired and hit him in the groin, Reese wanted to say he deserved it but kept her mouth shut because she'd been a rookie then) cleaned.
Larson smirked at her, sighting the barrel of her gun at her. Figured he'd won with the gun in his hand and she had nothing. But Larson was wrong if he thought that the only weapon she had was her gun.
Crews, Jack Reese and survivor!Crews
Twelve years of prison, 241 stitches numbers he counts to this day. He counts it every time he confronts Jack or gets in his face, flaunting his freedom and badge. Jack Reese growls and glares and sometimes Charlie finds himself unsettled because Jack reminds Charlie a little of his partner.
It's the only reason why Charlie hadn't ended Jack. He was Dani's father.
Lois Lane/ Reese and Crews/LA
Lois visits LA, following a lead and ends up in a crime scene. Crews and Reese's crime scene. The man Lois is after is also the main suspect for the murder. He's been on a spree killing and Crews and Reese don't like that. They also don't like the reporter from the Daily Planet trailing after them like a dog with a bone. Crews doesn't particularly care for the media, neither does Reese but they find Lois relentlessness and snark kind of amusing. Lois finds Crews and Reese banter and synchronized actions kind of fascinating and freaky. Lois also likes them individually Crews with his freaky fruit and weird sayings and Reese with her short stature but kind of intense stare despite the long, coiffed hair reminds Lois of one of the really scary soldiers in the General's unit.
Since the killer crossed state lines the feds are trying to get in on the action and the detectives are less than pleased about this since the killings are happening in their city. Lois manages to ask them, "What if the feds get to the killer first?"
"Not gonna happen." Reese says.
"And why's that?" Lois asks, genuinely curious.
"Because we're going to get him first," Crews says with absolute certainty.
Lois raises an eyebrow. "You guys sound sure."
Reese looks at her, head angled. "He's killed five people in LA."
"It's gonna stop there." Crews ends.
Lois looks from one detective to the other. "Call me crazy but I believe you." Lois grins, "So does that mean I can come with the raid?"
"No." They say in unison.
Crews/Reese and Ziva
Ooh. Life and NCIS crossover? Especially since its Ziva with Crews and Reese. I would imagine there'd be a dead sailor involved and the NCIS appearing to help (i.e. commandeer) the case. The detectives aren't giving up the case so easy since the murder happened in their jurisdiction.
Ziva watches them, it is what she does. Study, evaluate, observe.
They are sitting side by side, talking silently to each other. Words flowing from one person to the next it is similar to what Ziva does with her team and yet they do it differently. Quietly. They talk without looking at each other, without needing to look at each other. One step forward, one step back. The other leading, the other following. It is like a dance, they know the steps so well. And yet they look so different - one tall and bright, one short and dark.
She catches the man speak about Zen and the woman snorts, rolling her eyes.
Ziva smiles, it wouldn't be so bad to work with them.
Gibbs/Ziva and Ted
The knock comes louder than expected and when Ted opens the door he's sort of struck dumb. He didn't need to see the badge to know they were cops.
"What's NCIS?" He blurts out, before he could stop himself.
"It stands for Navy Criminal--" But the man cuts off the woman with a brisk:
"Do you live here?"
"Um. Yes. Er, no. I live above the garage, right next to..." He trails off at the man's impatient stare. "Uh, why are you here?"
"Dead marine in the other house." The man says in clip tones.
"Oh..." Ted still doesn't get it.
"The neighbors said to take this house because an ex-con lives here."
Of course. The headache was beginning to throb. "Well, that's true and... and not true. I mean it is because I was a former inmate in Pelican Bay--" The eyebrows of the NCIS people rise. "Um and my roommate Charlie used to be in prison too until the courts realized he wasn't guilty and made him a cop again."
"And he owns this house?" The woman, Officer David, asks.
"He won a lot of money from his case."
The man, Special Agent Gibbs scans the room. "I bet. Your friend got a name?"
"Crews," Ted answered. "Charlie Crews."

piecesofalice Summary: Sometimes she forgets to breathe, and her chest seems to become heavier than she thinks she can handle.
Dani Reese and Charlie Crews and Reese/Tidwell. Yes, you heard me. No, you're not in the wrong journal. Because if they insist on going this route, they should at least do it right. But most of all, this is Dani and Charlie and trust and, oh, guys. You're just so messed up and yet you're so good for each other and yet it's not enough yet.
