That is an awesome cake. I think I can see how they did it, I just know I don't have anywhere near the patience to do it myself. :3

I know how to, I'm just lazy. Building layered cakes are not my thing, as much as I love to eat them. :D

I did make little Captain America shield cookies when I had dough left over from making little flags.

The most complicated thing I ever made was a simple two-layer cake with lemon filling, but I made it entirely from scratch and without any of the proper pans because I was at my Grandparents' house and Grandma had long given away all her baking stuff. Mostly to me. I was desperately wishing for my frosting tips by the time we were done decorating, but it went over well enough. She had this shiny edible-metal stuff that we painstakingly trimmed into letters. ^^;

Captain America cookies!! Did you have Iron Man ones too so the Cap cookies didn't get lonely? ;)

Yum, I love lemon cakes. One of my favorite to make is lemon cupcakes with lemon curd filling and a light lemon vanilla frosting. Mmmmmmm.

Sorry, I'm not an Iron Man fan at all. Cap/Bucky all the way. Maybe I should make some matching cookies for them. Hmmm...

Really?!? Wow, Tony and his irrepressible mouth was my favorite part of the whole Avengers series of movies. ^^; Though Cap's ass and Thor's hips come in a very close second... >.>

Tony from the movie-verse wasn't too bad, but I know Comic!Tony, and the dislike will carry through all universes. I do ship Tony/Bruce Banner pretty hard though.

Ahhh, yes, therein lies the difference. I was an X-men comics girl; I never read Avengers. So movie!Tony is all I know. :3
