Video production query: My hat is in my hand...
I've got a couple of mini-DV tapes from my China trip recorded in PAL format. Does anyone have capability to re-record it into NTSC? Or know where I won't have to spend 40 bucks for the privledge? (I'm specifically glaring in ShadowCaptain's direction, but any of you will do. I'm easy.)
