21:07 I got the soul lift I needed on my days off. Lots of bike riding, rest, volunteering, good food, clean house. Heading to Denver tomorrow.
21:29 Now I'm thinking about going back to work and getting stressed. Just have to remember that days like that awful day last week are very rare.
